what is the top big 4 frat now

Seemed like Phi Delt and DKE ran UNC social scene, but has Beta and Phi Gam overtaken them as the top two frats. Especially Beta this year killed it during with rush and most girls like going to their darties, late-nights and hanging out with freshman pc over Phi Delt, DKE, etc. Is Beta the top frat on campus now? Kids are more chill too than the other ones.

Beta maybe phi Gam definitely still more under the radar

Beta did well this year because phi delt was on probation and dke got poor pc with Delt. I would say they moved up but next year needs to be big for them. Phi delt and DKE both throw better late nights and have better upper classmen. Still not close to top of big 4
