Q about being out of state

I’m an incoming freshman from MD and I’m planning to go through sorority rush this fall. I don’t know anyone at UNC so is everyone going to cut me since I’m not from Raleigh, Charlotte, Greensboro or Wilmington? Do any sororities like to take out of state girls?

I don’t think it matters at all. I know plenty of out of state girls in each sorority, most girls in DDD are out of state

a lot of girls who go through rush are out of state and basically every sorority takes a ton of out of state girls! i wouldn’t worry!

as long as you present yourself well you will be fine. don’t worry. i’m from NY and knew no one and am in a top tier.
