It’s a shame SigEp got kicked off. They’ve got such a sweet property and it used to be a really great frat. Wonder which fraternity will take the house..

I’ve heard delta chi is getting the house for 3 years I think, I agree it’s a nice house w nice location we’ll see if they can do something with it

SigEp gave the real estate to nationals for free after nationals kicked out all of the brothers. 🤔

When is SigEp recolonizing at state? SigEp invented the industry-leading Balanced Man Program® that most other national fraternities are now following. SigEp's nationwide substance-free facilities policy is bringing SigEp into a bright future for fraternities. The goal for all SigEp chapters is to actively shift the paradigm in our facilities to promote an environment that is focused on academic success and away from the stereotypical fraternity environment. Chapters should renovate their facilities to remove bars, large open basements with tile floors and other structures built around the consumption of alcohol.
