Adjustments:
1. Move Sig Chi to its own “low-top” tier
2. Move Sig Nu up to Chi Psi tier
3. Switch Chi Phi with Kappa Sig and ATO
Rationale:
1. Biggest pledge classes on campus and have stellar sorority relations with nearly every sorority. Only letdown is their somewhat mediocre house.
2. Sig Nu has prime real estate in BFC and a house that’s almost on par with chi psi. Sig Nu also has a bigger brotherhood and more social events. Chi psi only really outranks them in academics and sorority relations.
3. While Chi Phi has the benefit of a classy house and nice location next to phi Delt they just haven’t established themselves throughout campus enough yet to be back where they were before “the incident”.

I’m a girl in a top sorority here and if I were to be completely honest I don’t think I would’ve had any clue there was a chi phi at chapel hill if it weren’t for this website
