frat ranks going into fall 2020

Big four: DKE, Phi Delt, Beta, Phi Gam
Top: Sig Chi, Sig Nu
Upper Mid: Kappa Sig, ATO,
Mid: Pi Kapp, Pika, Zete
Low Mid: Pi Lam, AEPi, SAE
Bottom: Everyone else

I’m considering parties, not just sorority relations. That’s why Pikapp isn’t higher, their “parties” amount to a social gathering that just happens to have alcohol. Lame af. Even the Rugby team has better parties than that.

I mean if you include stuff like brotherhood in the rankings then frats like sig nu would be at the bottom, I heard a lot of them have brothers that don’t even like each other. There is more to ranking than wealth

you are correct. Phi Delt has a weak brotherhood, especially the sophomore class. DKE and Beta probably have the strongest brotherhood of the Big 4 frats.

I think the disconnect in Phi Delt is that half of the fraternity is basically Chi Psi--full of Moreheads and Roberston scholars and all the smart OOS guys--- Then, the rest of the house is similar to a Sigma Chi vibe. And evidently those frats are very very different.

you are right. id rather be in a middle or low (not bottom) frat that had brothers that liked each other than a big 4 frat that did not.
