why did no one accept their bid to phi delt

i didn't know that phi delt gave out 40+ bids this fall and only 15 accepted. In 2016, if you got a phi delt bid, you would accept it without even thinking twice. What happened?

bc they arnt big 4 anymore sig nu replaced them. Tbh sig chi is better than them too
