Phi Delt used to be the premier place for late nights at UNC, and BETA has officially surpassed them and is now the best frat at UNC without a doubt. The string party on Friday night was one of the best parties at UNC. The demise of Phi Delt has been something that no one would ever foresee four years ago. Although Greek Life at UNC was so much better four years ago as we had cool OOS presence from the North and now it is all dominated in-state kids from Charlotte preparatory schools who have an ego complex.
