frat ranks w/ description

- Big 4 - Indisputable top, even though a couple are on probation they still have more pull than any other fraternities
- Sigchi - No doubt they've been killing it past couple years w/ huge pledge classes and mixers w great sororities, but they just got hit with probation so we'll see how they fare
- Signu/chi psi - Signu has best location and a nice house, but they got hit with probation and I'm guessing they're going to go down in this list. Chi psi is about to get off of probation and still has a lot of pull - they still associate with top sororities and are still known as the "classy and smart" fraternity
- From this point on is pretty debatable, just my personal opinion -
- Pikapp/ATO - Pikapp is about to get of probation too, and they have a similar rep to chi psi. ATO got a relatively small fall class but theyve got great frat & sorority relations
- Zete/PIKA - I would say these two houses are just "classic mid-tier". Not in a bad way, but theres nothing that makes them stand out. Good parties, good sorority relations, not really all that much to say about them.
- Kappa Sig/SAE - Kappa sig seems to have fallen off a bit from their past couple years, but they have decent late nights. SAE is throwing parties again this semester and I would say theyre on the up, but they got a really small fall class.
- REST - Pilam, aepi, chi phi, sigep - chi phi and sigep are basically non-existent anymore, so I don't know why I'm putting them up here. Nothing wrong with pilam and aepi, but theyre obviously bottom tier frats: no sorority or frat connections, bids to pretty much anyone, just not well respecfed
