legacies
by: UNC girlHow much does it help in a sorority if you're a legacy? My mom was a KD, and I was wondering how much that would factor into their decision process?

It almost makes it harder, unless you know a lot of the girls in the house now. They will team up on you and release you after Round 2 to make room to get their friends in. There are so many legacies that if they took them all, it would make up an entire pledge class (or more). They have to get permission to release you from an advisor, though. I'd pay careful attention to ALL the houses and don't take any for granted
