SigEp knows that Brotherhood built on shared social experience and camaraderie can be life-changing for the better. However, research shows that depending too much on shared social experiences can produce a chapter of brothers who care only about fun and are overly aware of social status. Unfortunately this was the case at the NC Delta chapter.

When you choose not to comply with your Nationals’ bylaws & regulations, here’s what happens. Man up & admit that you effed up & that you had 18 months to change the culture of your chapter but didn’t bother.
