main differences between dke and phi delt

What are the main differences in terms of the guys in phi delt vs dke? Which frat has more of the southern country club vibe to them? Are they both really fratty and douchey?

Both are pretty nice guys but both can be hit or miss. Neither are really over the top fratty or douchey but like I said some of the guys can be hit or miss. Personally I'd put DKE over phi delt but thats just my opinion and it can go both ways.
