If all you care about is getting in a top tier sorority then don’t rush. Not trying to be mean but top tier sororities already have the girls they want picked out.

You most definitely can get into all sororities from out of state. It is very helpful to have recommendations though, so the houses know to look out for you!!

Don't worry about that, worry about fixing your attitude before rush. Going into it only wanting a top tier sorority is setting yourself up for disappointment. Tiers literally don't matter in the real world; just give everyone a chance and relax.
