TOP: Phi Delt > Beta = DKE
LOW TOP: Phi Gam = Sig Chi
UPPER MID: Sig Nu > Chi Psi > Pikapp
MID: ATO = Kappa Sig > Zete = Pika
LOW MID: Chi Phi > SAE > Pi Lam = AEPi
LOW: Sig Ep > Lambda > DTD = DU = KA = Alpha Sig
BOTTOM FEEDERS: everyone else

Sig chi lives on this site. No one at UNC thinks they are top tear. Decent middle tier. Also, Pi Kapp is irrelevant and so is zete. Bump them down too
