are the big 4's dues a lot more expensive than everyone elses? what are some ballpark prices frats pay? thank you

Roughly $6000/semester

This dude is right if you're talking housing and dues. Big four is around $3100 a semester for dues and another $3k a semester for housing. They're at the top end but any housed fraternity with meals is going to be at least $2300 a semester.
