Anybody know why the frat house has its windows and door boarded up?

Nationals are shutting them down. They can’t continue to operate with 22 guys. DTD bought their house and is currently doing repairs.

If DTD bought their house, I'm sure they'd take down the letters which are still on the porch. I've heard the opposite, which is that DTD has been shut down/suspended.

There's construction workers there during the day so I'm assuming they're doing renovations or construction

Yeah they diverted and repurposed the social budget to repair gaping holes in the floor subsequently covering an elaborate tunnel system used to kidnap lower tier sorority members
