how is chi phi still considered relevant

Can someone please help me understand this? I’m not even trying to hate on them, but I am a junior and since I’ve been at UNC, Chi Phi has been irrelevant and doesn’t do anything. Why are they still considered mid/upper mid?

They aren’t relevant and imo are closer to low mid
