random idea- house to rent

I'm in an UNC online grad program and will be in Chapel Hill for a weekend in June for a class. There will be roughly 150-200 others from the program in town as well. I'm looking to rent a house to throw an undergrad type party (kegs, beer pong, band, etc.) to raise money for a local charity (thinking the Ronald McDonald House). Everyone in the program has off Saturday night, so thought this could be a fun way to raise money for a local charity while having a good time. We would have security and keep it to only people in the program. Any fraternities open to renting their house for the evening?
