hardest/most involving pledging processes
by: UNC 23Thinking about pledging as a freshman next year and was wondering which fraternities have the hardest/most time consuming pledge process

Big 4 of course will always be intense, but beyond that there are few major differences. Contrary to what is stated in this post, no pledge processes ever go beyond 8 weeks plus potentially a few additional days, including Kappa Sig. All initiations besides a few earlier exceptions occur in the span of a few days.

SigEp's Balanced Man Program it is a more challenging experience than just pledging. While brothers have the right to membership the day they join, it comes with many responsibilities. Brothers are engaged their entire time in the chapter, not just the first semester. If brothers do not meet their expectations in each challenge, their membership is lapsed. Furthermore, the Balanced Man Program challenges brothers to provide the best fraternity experience in CH, regardless of what the rest of the campus is doing. SigEp recruits the best men, because it take self-confidence to not care what other fraternities are saying about you.

One girl at a Phi Gam party is hotter than every girl you’ve ever hooked up with put together. Sorry you can’t get in, maybe with a $500 cover you’d have luck

Agreed. Big 4 and LFC are definitely the most difficult with the exception of Pi Lam whose pledge process is essentially nonexistent
