number rushing doesnt matter, top fraternities here dont even have "open" rush whereas the bottom ones will relentlessly text potentials to come to rush events.

First of all Big 4 is upper top. Sig Chi is lower top and pikapp might be moving down to mid tier after the sorry ass pledge classes they’ve had this year
