No idea what will happen to SAE in the coming months, but for now, this is IT chief. I wish chi phi/psi the best of luck as well.

kappa sig is potentially on the way up due to an increased social budget and zete remains stagnant but its just too early to swap them

Frat rankings according to girls:
Phi delt, beta, dke, chi phi
Phi gam (too exclusive for mediocre guys, shouldn’t be big 4)
Sig chi/Sig nu (bout equal)
Kappa sig/chi psi
pika, aepi (hella underrated, they have the best alcohol)
ATO, pi lam
And if you’ve been to a frat party that wasn’t listed above, find a brother in one of the decent frats so you can see what a real party is
