In NO PARTICULAR ORDER, this is simply frats that have good/frequent parties versus frats with bad/no parties.

GOOD: Phi Delt, Beta, DKE, Sig Chi, Sig Nu, Kappa Sig, Zete, Pikapp, Pika, ATO
BAD: Phi Gam, Chi Phi, Chi Psi, Pi lam, Sig Ep, AEPi, SAE

Been to every frat here and I agree but Phi Gam parties are pretty sweet I just cant get into them lmao. Also Kappa Sig and ATO are pretty hit or miss but you can tell within 20 seconds so theyre not a waste of time.
