I will be a sophomore in the fall and was planning on rushing a sorority. Do sororities care about whether people have high or low GPAs? I will have a 3.5 but a friend will have a 2.7. Will that effect how sororities will look at us?

Absolutely, some sororities cut sophomores who don't have a certain GPA. They want to make sure the house GPA doesn't suffer. Your 3.5 will help you while your friend's 2.7 will hurt.
