when was the last time an actual person cared about chi phi or chi psi? Look at their pledge classes - or lack thereof - and youll understand.

also, ato = sae > kappa sig

How can SAE be above anyone considering they haven’t been off of probation in 2 full years?
Not to mention ATO just blows - location wise, brother wise, ratio wise at parties, etc.
Kappa sigma kinda blows too tbh but at least they can throw parties lol

As someone who's been to both houses for parties a few time I'd put alpha sig above KA any day. KA parties are usually empty and awkward compared to alpha sig.

Move Chi Phi down to mid. They're basically irrelevant for the rest of my time at UNC.
Just take SAE off of the list, they're a dead fraternity
Also, Zete>ATO, SigEp>Pi Lam, Alpha Sig>KA (if they end up getting SAE's house)
