fraternity grade rumor

I'm going to be a freshman at UNC and am thinking of rushing. One of my friends who goes there said that there was some rule that fraternities that had below a certain GPA can't have rush this fall. Is this true? If so which ones didn't make the cut?

thats not what the rule says. your friend is clearly not a greek. and no one will know until rush time.
