by: PNMSo if you aren’t xo kd or ddd you are middle and bottom and depending on your self ranking it goes up or down. And there is never any chance that pi phi or kkg or Tri Sig will ever improve or get decent mixers but somehow alpha phi without a house has a better social calendar?

What does it mean that they pay frats? I mean do they still get a full social calendar and some others don’t? I read on another post that people left zeta because of the social calendar. Social mixers with frats is not all I want out of a house but it is one of the things I want and I don’t want to get into a sorority and not have that as part of the deal.
