Girls there really don’t like it for whatever reason. They put up a facade during recruitment (and year round honestly) that they love their ~~~zistas~~~ and that it’s all sunshine and daisies there, but the truth is that they’re miserable and don’t get along

They're obsessed with being top tier so they go after every pretty girl they can find. After recruitment these girls find out they have nothing in common and a lot drop, the rest fall into cliques and hate each other. I've met party girls, Bible girls, liberals, conservatives, super southern girls, northern girls, athletes, etc and the only similarity between them is that they're pretty and complain about zeta lol.

Diversity is great! The thing about zeta is that they exclusively consider looks when picking girls. They don’t think about if the new PC will fit in with the current sisters. That’s why girls drop. They either find themselves in a weird mix of girls they don’t have a lot in common with or they form little cliques and barely talk to their other sisters. It’s not a real sisterhood.
