real frat rankings (probation considered and why)

TOP: Phi Delt, Beta, DKE, Phi Gam (DKE probation pushed them behind Beta for now)
LOW TOP: Chi Phi, Chi Psi (both on probation though)
HIGH MID: Sig Nu, Sig Chi, Pikapp
MID: Pika, Zete, Kappa Sig, ATO, SAE (SAE is HARDCORE on probation, moving them down)
LOW MID: Pi Lam, Sig Ep, AEPi
LOW: KA, Alpha Sig, DTD, DU, etc.

Big 4 will always remain the same, just slightly shifting this year because of DKE’s probation.
Chi Psi and Chi Phi will still truck on no matter the probation is they receive.
Sig Nu and Sig Chi remain out of trouble and with great pledge classes recently.
Pikapp is getting huge pledge classes with strong brotherhoods. Lots of kids wanna go there.
Pika is a little stale lately, but has no problems throwing a party because of their location on BFC. Remains strong middle.
LFC is alright and the courtyard parties are cool. Cherub was amazing, but zete and kappa sig are way above pi lam.
ATO is stagnant and has never been known to throw a great party, see a lot of their guys at other people’s parties. Not great location and don’t manage it as well as Pikapp.
SAE is heavily on probation and is not doing well for themselves because of it. Keep falling based on continuous probation.
Pi Lam has small pledge classes recently and doesn’t do much, need to really step it up to go towards a spot in the middle.
Sig Ep is trying to come back from their scandal, and doing an okay job but it’ll take time. Uphill battle ahead of them.
If AEPi wasn’t on BFC they would never be able to have a party and would be a low tier frat. People don’t go there unless alcohol runs out at the rest of the BFC parties. Weird pledge classes.
All low tier frats aren’t worth my time to talk about.
