I just really loved chi omega because they clearly put in so much more effort than the other chapters did. They put in the time to come up with a theme and I just really appreciated that. The black lights and glow theme definitely stood out to me and for that reason I put them at my top. I just think it was boring and lazy of the other houses to not match that effort.
Also they even took the time to print out pictures of all the pnms to put on their walls because they’re so invested in the process. Can you imagine the effort it took to print out 900 pics AND write notes on them? Seriously hope I go chi o.

For people who didn't realize, this comment is sarcastic. Other chapters didn't have themes because they obviously couldn't because of the rules. And OBVIOUSLY no chapter should have been printing out pictures of PNMs... chi o just doesn't care about rules I guess
