sorority house questions

Does anyone know why Pi Beta Phi has two houses? Also when is Alpha Phi's house going to be built?

most pi phi sophomores live in the main house and some juniors live in the second one. alpha phi said their house will be ready by next fall but idk if that's changed

Pi phis main house is smaller so they have two to make up for that.

Pi Phi has a main house and an annex. Usually sophomores live in the main house and juniors in the annex. Pi Phi’s main house used to be the original chancellor’s house and is historic so it can’t be added on to. Several other houses have annex houses too...KD had the KD little house until A Phi undermined the elderly owners and too it from them.
