delta tau delta buying lambda chi alpha's house?

My roommate works in the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life and she says that the University is in the early negotiations of selling the plot of land that Lambda's house is on to Delta Tau Delta...what would this mean for Lambda? Where would they go?
