Sigma Chi. They take care of their lawn and have lots of furniture in their non run down house.

sigma chi has a terrible house but they are getting all new couches, a football field, and a swimming pool for fall rush u heard it here first

DKE and Chi Psi by far.

Chi Psi (and it's not close), DKE, rest of Big 4. Other than that, most of the houses are smaller, nasty, or both. Kappa Sig and Sigma Chi are notably bad.

That said, house niceness isn't necessarily indicative of being a good or bad fraternity.
