what are the reputations of chi phi and kappa sig?

I don't know anything about chi phi but I know some people in kappa sig and I've been to some of their parties before... overall they all seem like nice guys and their parties are pretty good but I wouldn't call them top tier, there are a couple odd ones in the group. Overall though decent frat

Both solid groups who have long histories on campus. Solid 2nd tier. Genuinely good dudes.

Kappa sig sucks right now, their pledge classes this year are pretty bad
