fraternities & sororities ranking

Since people keep posting different rankings, I felt it was important to speak the truth of what the rankings are going into this spring semester so that no one misled. Surprisingly, most of the postings on the discussion on UNC Greekrank have closely reflective the trends in the greek system. These seem to follow the general consensus. Can we put this behind us and re-evaluate after the semester and let every house do there own things. Rankings follow left to right orders
Frats:
1) Phi Delt, DKE, Beta, Phi Gam
2) Chi Phi, Chi Psi
3) Sig Chi, Sigma Nu, Pikap
4) SAE, Pika, ATO
5) Zete, Kappa Sig, Pi Lam (LFC)
6) Sig Ep, AEPi, Lambda
7) KA, DU, Alpha Sig, ZBT
Sororities:
1) DDD, XO, KD
2) ADPi, Zeta
3) Phi Mu, AXO
4) APhi, Pi Phi
5) KKG, SSS

Very good depiction of the current rankings. Sorority rankings are right on, but maybe switch PIKA with ZETE. Zete started mixing with more middle tier sororities this semester while PIKA has continued to show they can only land mixers with Alpha Phi and Pi Phi LOLLLLLL

Zete has also been brought in on Spring Party this year with Phi Gam, DKE, and Beta. They are the driving force behind all the LFC courtyard parties because they own the yard and have had two solid pledge classes in a row. Not sure why people still view them the same way they did 8 years ago. It's almost 2018 not 2010, rankings can change in only a few semesters.

Zete actually mixed with several top sororities including Tri Delt, KD (twice), and Adpi this semester. I'm pretty sure they're mixing with them all again this upcoming semester as well.
