Zete has had a pretty good semester, they mixed with some good sororities like Tri delt and adpi, and they've had a lot of good parties.

I am in one of the houses you would call "bottom tier." And y'know what? We have fun mixers, we go out to parties, we have a great house and are passionate about our philanthropy. Just like every other fraternity/sorority at UNC. This whole ranking thing is superficial and tired, and only reflects the worst attitudes in greek life. I am proud of my house and our letters and I can't imagine being a part of any other sorority. And if someone doesn't want to know you because of what house you're in, they're not worth knowing. I know a lot of people look at these before rushing so please just know that the "rankings" people post on here not only are based on stereotypes from 5 years ago that are no longer relevant, but they also only reflect the attitudes of the scum of unc greek life (or maybe even outsiders who just want to stir the pot). When I first got my house I was disappointed that I hadn't been a "top-tier" kind of girl, but as I came to know my sisters I realized that not only had all the garbage that people had spread about my house been false but that I couldn't imagine being closer to any other group of girls. I would not trade my sisters for any reputation in the world and I really hope that any PNMs or guys looking to rush this spring find sisters/brothers who make them feel the same way. Every house is different but none are better than the other and I promise that whatever perceived importance there is in tiers will disappear as soon as you are done with rush and initiation and actually get to know the brothers/sisters you've chosen.

These are pretty on point, but I would make a few changes based recent social schedules (mixers & events) and new pledge classes

Agree with this except switch SAE and Pi Kap with Zete and Pika. If you're going by the factors you mentioned you can't put SAE above Zete and Pika. They got like a 6 person fall class and are on social probation. Also Pi Kap is on Franklin Street so that automatically bumps them down.

Nah I think that SAE (more respected) and Pi Kap (awesome parties) should stay where they were and Zete should be further down with the rest of LFC
Also could consider bumping Phi Gam down (that’s more of a toss up though) :)

Lambda, Sig Ep, and Little Frat Court are all the same move AEPI and Ka and start a new tier for Alpha Sig and DU below everyone else
