You obviously aren't in one of the Big 4 (based on your bitter comment) so how in the world do you know anything about their brotherhood? The only ones with knowledge of that are the members themselves. I absolutely agree that he should rush in the Spring. Everyone has a place in our Greek system. But don't make judgements about things you know nothing about.

Not trying to be a jerk at all, but if you didn't know going in that these places only do fall rush, you probably don't have the preexisting connections to have gotten in anyway. That's how it works. Rush in the spring. You'll likely find a place that's a lot of fun and honestly, with better brotherhood than you'd find in the Big 4. A lot of those guys in those frats don't even like each other.
