How often do girls get bids from sororities after bid day if they are on the OCB list? I heard the graduating class is abnormally large this year so there may be an abundance of bids given out after bid day to girls who dropped before bid day.

Your info is flawed. Quota hasn't even been decided yet. Most houses don't give out any. If you dropped out of rush hoping to get an open bid to a house that already cut you, you made a huge mistake.
