SAE should be in the same tier as chi phi/sig chi/chi psi, and sig nu should be one lower. Otherwise pretty accurate

When someone says that a fraternity is irrelevant that is in no way indicating that the people in it are irrelevant, but that in terms of the best parties they are not the one that most people are dying to go to. If members of fraternities are not willing to be told that their house may not be as relevant socially speaking, they probably shouldn't have joined them in the first place...

Pika and Zete higher, PiKapp is wayyyy too high, they probably posted this, they should be lowered down to AEPi & Sig Ep. Phi Delt is 1, DKE is 2. Other than that, spot on.
