why did adpi lose their charter?

Seriously, why did ADPi lose their charter? I know it had something to do with the Mallard ball and possibly with the kid who died. I want details!

ADPi hasn't lost their charter. Their nationals have put them on probation but they haven't lost their charter.

their charter has not been revoked. they are on probation from ADPi's international executive office. these girls are fun and great and will bounce back in no time.

adpi girls have TOLD me that they lost their charter. yes, they are working to get it back. but at this time they do not have a charter.

I heard that ADPI got back their charter and are just waiting on recruitment to finish up their probation then they're back to normal!
