XO is #1, they get the most girls that put them down as #1 on pref. Tri delt and KD are also top, but XO is definitely the highest in that group. ADPi is not a top tier, they are just below, they are probably most frats favorite sorority, though. ZTA isn't on ADPi's level, but they are just after them and easily could be. APhi is after AXO, bc they recruited v similar numbers last fall. Pi Phi is bottom 3.

ranks aren't based only on how many girls you recruited, aphi
the only reason aphi got a similar number of girls to AXO is because they lied and told them they would have a house within the year

ZTA is nowhere near ADPi's level, girls that go through rush will pick ADPi over ZTA every single time. If anything, ZTA is falling pretty sharply and has been for the last few years. Phi Mu could take their place with one or two great pledge classes. I think ADPi has been doing very well but they didn't get as good of a pledge class last year. I'll be interested to see how APhi and AXO rush this year as well.

This is honestly the most unbiased one to me. ADPi is almost always picked by girls before the three below them. I might even put them on the top tier just because they definitely compete with the other 3 houses. People will try to discredit A Phi because they don't have a house until next year, but they rush incredibly well without one, frats really like them, and they're really good about participating in other philanthropy events. AXO isn't slipping any time soon, they've been consistent with their PCs and pretty much everyone likes them. ZTA hasn't done so well these last few years, and Phi Mu has actually done surprisingly well.

they only "rush well" bc they lie to the girls about their plans to get a house "within the year"
they're too new to be ranked middle, especially without a house.
phi mu doesn't just jump to top tier if they mix with good frats one year. aphi hasn't been around long enough to be middle.
aside from that, aphi's clear presence and self ranking on this site has hurt their image in the greek community. Stop focusing so much on social climbing bc it is transparent to the rest of us.

So wrong. DDD is not above XO, and ADPi is not on the same level as any of the top three. APhi is on the same level as Phi Mu based on who they mix with and their recruitment stats. ZTA definitely is above AXO.

Yes! One could argue ADPi is part of middle tier. Otherwise, spot on. Alpha Phi thinks they are middle tier because they buy nice mixers, but they don't have a physical house. Without a house, they cannot be middle tier. Pi Phi also is bottom tier. They are not good at alll compared to the middle tier houses in my opinion.
