fraternity formal rush

I'm transferring into UNC and rushing this fall. I know Formal Rush starts on the 25th and goes until the 6th of September. Does anyone know how it works though? Is it one of those things where you just go to whatever houses as you feel or is it more structured?

go to parties during move in week and meet people, they'll text you and invite you to more stuff throughout the rest of rush if they like you
