between chi phi and phi delt whats the general opinion on differences

Didn't know you already got bids to both. Depends what you're looking for though. Chi Phi is more traditional southern/ rowdy and Phi Delt is more classy and reserved (perfect example of how they're different is chi phi got caught on camera spray painting obscenities on the Phi Delt house the night before a graduation picnic).

Phi Delt is classy and historically one of the "Big 4" on campus. They also had three Morehead Scholars in their last pledge class and tend to have some of the best parties on campus. Chi Phi has hardly any philanthropy involvement and vandalized Phone Delt on graduation weekend. They are pretty low with their academics when compared to other fraternities on campus. But it's whatever you're looking for, I guess...

Chi Phi sucks they think they are relevant but they are not at all. The only reason they have anyone at their parties is because people stop to get drinks before heading to Phi Delt.
