pi phi

Is Pi Phi really towards the bottom? My Mom was a Pi Phi at UNC in the early 1990's and she said they were laid back and cool.....definitely one of the top houses, along with DDD, Chi-O and KD. I want to rush in either the spring (as a Freshman) or Fall and I guess I'd be a legacy. Can anyone tell me what Pi Phi is like now?
