grade report

by:

I was checking out the Fall 2016 grade report and noticed that Alpha Phi only has 132 members. The majority of other sororities have at least 30 more. (Plus they're next to the bottom in Panhel sororities for grades). Is this because they don't have a house? Or have a lot of members dropped? What's up, Alpha Phi?

Who cares? It's pathetic that you took the time to look this up.

And why would you want to stay away from a house that had a high GPA? "Catty" doesn't even apply to academics?

Because you made a catty post about another house. If you don't think this is catty, you have a problem.

I'm in a sorority on the lower side of the grade report but my GPA is probably in the top 5% of students at UNC. I agree that this post was catty and OP just sounds bitter. I'd love to know what sorority you're in, OP.

Their nationals took a founding pledge class that was smaller, and that coupled with members graduating and dropping (a very normal thing for colonies, founding a chapter is hard and not everyone can handle it) makes them smaller than the other chapters. They do need to work on their grades, too, but as a new chapter they have a lot of support from their nationals. They have room to grow, but they'll be fine.
