Is it hard to get a bid as a junior going through formal sorority recruitment? I went through informal, but none of the houses asked me back. I don't know if it's just me.

Yes, it's hard. Most sororities don't want to "waste" a bid on a Junior who will only be able to contribute to the sisterhood for 2 years. That being said, it's not impossible if you're open-minded.

How opened minded do you mean? I like some of the houses that aren't considered upper tier a lot.
