tiers based off of nicest girls?

There are nice and mean girls in every sorority. Some are skewed one way or the other. IMO, Chi O has more mean girls than nice girls. Alpha Chi has more nice girls. As far as sisterhood goes, Pi Phi is known to have a very strong one. ZTA notoriously has a fractured sisterhood, but I haven't seen that personally.

I'd actually place ADPi below A Phi just because I think A Phis are more approachable and laid back. In my experience A Phis are much friendlier than ADPis to girls who aren't in their house. OP asked who the friendliest houses were. Both houses are still much nicer than the ones listed below them though. I'd even include a large gap after A Phi and ADPi to separate them from the rest of the houses.
Also, having a house has nothing to do with how friendly girls are or how good their sisterhood is. Chi Os have to live in the house with their pledge class and just look at how awful their sisterhood is (and they're notorious for being flat out mean girls)...Some houses just value nice girls and sisterhood more (Pi Phi, Alpha Chi, etc.)

I think this is really good, but I would place A Phi below ADPi, mostly because A Phi has trouble bonding and meeting together since they don't have a house. Some complaints from my friends in A Phi is that they don't know people in it, but I'm positive once they build a house and have meals it'll get better quickly.
