sophomore frat rush

Were there any sophomore pledges in this past fall's pledge classes? Specifically big 4? Is it looked down upon to rush as a sophomore even if you explain circumstances regarding your parents?

I know for sure that there are sophomores that pledged beta and DKE this year, not sure about phi gam and phi delt but I assume yes for those too
