rushing as junior

Is it true that many fraternities don't give out bids to Juniors?
If they do, which top frats don't mind juniors in their pledge class?

Rushing as a Junior is tough because you only have two years to be part of a brotherhood. Obviously, freshmen are the first choice. The top fraternities probably won't rush a junior because their numbers are solid and they don't need any additional members (dues). Smaller houses would more than likely welcome a junior, so don't be discouraged. Just be open minded.
