Member selection is private and no sorority member can share specifically what her house is looking for, but in general we are all looking for girls who will fit in well with us and that we would be proud to call sisters. Legacies are automatically invited to round two, and if you pref your legacy house you're usually guaranteed a bid unless there are extenuating circumstances. Outside of that, legacy preferences differ from chapter to chapter. Rec letters are helpful to differentiate you from the hundreds of other PNMs going through, but it's not do-or-die like at some schools. Good luck!
