alpha phi
by: Stop! Its pretty funny (and sad) to see Alpha Phi's continued effort to validate themselves on this website. Just because you create and comment on a ton of posts doesn't make it true. You're new. You've had ONE formal rush cycle and don't have a house. You can't suddenly declare that you're better than several other houses that are established at UNC and have earned the respect of generations of UNC students. My grandmother went to UNC and several of the houses that you claim to be better than were on campus when she was a student. It's offensive and makes you look ridiculous. Earn your spot by being involved on campus and in your philanthropy, and by showing some CLASS! My opinion of you goes down each time I read one of your posts and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Or you could just form your perceptions of other Greek organizations based on face-to-face interactions with members instead of letting yourself get trolled by the Greek rank staff and people that have nothing better to do than stir up trouble on this site. Trying to act like you know which sorority's members post what is just plain stupid. This website could be so useful to people, but instead it's a bunch of drama-filled posts made by catty people like you

You're honestly getting kind of worked up over nothing. Tiers mean almost nothing here, and most people don't take them seriously past first semester freshman year (at least in my sorority). Like the above poster said, it's quite possible it's just Greek rank staff posting to get more views. You are equating tiers with how long a house has been on campus and how involved they are in their philanthropy and this is not (and never has been) how it works. I'm not saying I agree with alpha phi being bumped up so quickly, but in the grand scheme of things, who cares? There are lower tier sororities that do much more for their philanthropy and are friendlier and more respectable than some of the top tier houses. The sooner you recognize that tiers don't matter the better off you'll be.

what I find to be interesting is how worked up people are getting with catty posts like this.. if a sorority is really not relevant, why do you care so much? I agree APhi shouldn't move up drastically in so little time, but posts like this aren't going to stop it. The only way to stop the influx of rankings is to STOP giving them attention. Literally quit with the meaningless rankings that equate to nothing and love your sisterhood & respect others. They all have great things to offer & great girls.

I love how all the posts that are pro-a phi have a ton of votes up and anything that ever calls them out for self ranking has a bunch of votes down.
Or is that "the Greek rank staff" too?
You guys got called out for OBVIOUS self promoting because you were too eager to social climb and now you are trying to do damage control.
You want to stop looking so desperate? Tell your girls to stop coming on this site. Stop commenting, rating, and voting up or down. Make yourselves visible on campus, work on sisterhood, and get a house. THAT is what will make the other sororities respect you.

If no one cares about tiers, why is Alpha Phi so desperate to insert themselves above other sororities?
