I surprisingly agree with this a lot. KD should not be top tier because they just don't have pretty girls. You're right about ADPi, however ZTA should switch with AXO, and APhi should be between then. So:

DDD
ADPi/XO (XO is going down though)
KD
AXO
APhi
ZTA
Phi Mu/Pi phi
KKG
SSS

You're high if you think APhi is any higher than second to last. Only marginally better than KKG and tri sig but miles below the rest of the list
